YTU Yıldız Technopark and BV Portfolio signed an agreement to establish the Yıldız Techno Venture Capital Investment Fund (VCIF), which aims to provide substantial financial resources to Türkiye’s technology ecosystem. With a total size of TRY 1 billion, the fund combines the university’s 114-year academic heritage with investment capacity to support the National Technology Initiative. Announced with the participation of YTU Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik and Technopark General Manager Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammet Garip, the fund aims to invest in approximately fifteen globally oriented startups operating in strategic sectors such as artificial intelligence, gaming technologies, financial technologies, and health technologies.
