Abstract
Nowadays, it is important to develop the shortest path analysis using 3 dimensional (3D) network analysis regarding indoor and outdoor of buildings in Geographical Information Systems for emergency, security, health services, distribution activities, visitor orientation, augmented reality, etc. applications. In this study, a database for indoor and outdoor of the buildings of Yildiz Technical University Civil Engineering Faculty has been developed by 3-dimensional (3D) modelling in Geographic Information System, and 3D optimum route analysis has been conducted.
