A REVIEW OF THE WORK 'NEW APPROACHES IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION FROM THE FRAMEWORK OF POSITIVISM, POSTPOSITIVISM AND ANTIPOSITIVISM

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the book New Approaches in Educational Administration within the framework of the epistemological crisis of the discipline of educational administration and to evaluate the positive contribution of the work in this crisis process in the context of positivism, post-positivism and anti-positivism. In the study, after briefly introducing the causes of epistemological crisis and the historical emergence of these reasons, information about the content of the work is presented. In the last part, the contribution of the work to the field of educational administration within the scope of epistemological crisis is discussed.
