Abstract
Bursa has formed an important infrastructure of art dynamism on the changing cultural and social space that has developed in the process from the II. Constitutional to the Republic. A great development has occurred in Bursa in the field of education and culture together with the constitutional court. Bursa is the cradle of important cultures. The formation, development processes, and factors affecting the formation of exhibitions and art events opened in Bursa from the II. Constitutional to the Republic, as well as the importance of art exhibitions, have been studied. With this development process in art, the diversity, functions, differences of the exhibition design areas add a universal dimension to the art spaces. Based on this classification, the exhibition, art events, and exhibition venues opened in Bursa during the history process were examined in this research. Bursa and its surroundings have become the cradle of important cultures since time immemorial. It has become a transitional zone between the east and west. For this reason, we see traces of Hittite, Phrygian, Lydian, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk, and Ottoman cultures in the Bursa region. The history of Bursa, with its structure that includes the experiences of Bursa and the geography in which the Ottoman State was founded, which continues to exist as one of the most beautiful and rich cities in the world throughout history, has an important value in terms of the history of our entire country. It has been determined that art events and exhibitions within the historical process have been developing in Bursa. During the study, a literature review was conducted and culture analysis was performed from qualitative research patterns. In this context, documentary, research and resource screening were conducted.
