Design of digital filters with bilinear transform using neural networks

Abstract

In this study, design of digital filters obtained from the analog filter with bilinear transform using neural networks is proposed. For this purpose, generally, function approximation feature of the feedforward neural networks is utilized. Proposed method has been tested using multilayer perceptron (MLP), radial basis function network (RBFN) and general regression neural network (GRNN) and obtained results are given.
