Abstract
The trend to SF/sub 6/ insulation technology necessitated the development of capacitors with SF/sub 6/ as the impregnant. A capacitor dielectric of this nature is presented in this report. Its practical application in an oil-free SF/sub 6/ grading capacitor is described.
