Hertzian Formulation of Scattering by Moving PEC Bodies

Abstract

The present status of Hertzian theory of electromagnetic scattering by Perfect Electric Conductor (PEC) bodies in arbitrary motion is systematically reviewed and extended to involve the mechanisms of plane wave reflection by rotating and uniformly accelerated PEC planes.
