Abstract
The International Conference on INnovations in Intelligent SysTems and Applications (INISTA) initiated in 2005 in Turkiye. Already, it became an annual IEEE supported conference traditionally recognized and its aim is to bring together researchers from the entire spectrum of the multidisciplinary fields of intelligent systems and to establish effective means of communication between them. In particular, it focuses on all aspects of intelligent systems and the related applications from the points of view of both theory and practice. Apart from the main track, it includes workshops, tutorials, special tracks, and plenary talks by invited speakers.
