Investigation of Fiber Orientation in Injection Molding of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymers

Abstract

Cam fiber takviyeli polimerlerin plastik enjeksiyonunda fiber ynlenmesinin kontrol, malzemenin zelliklerini gelitirmek ynnden nem tamaktadr. Fiberlerin polimerin ak ynne paralel veya rastgele ynlenmesine bal olarak malzemenin mekanik zellii ve lineer genleme katsays deimektedir. Fiber ynlenmesinin kontrol, farkl kriterlere bal olsa da, ncellikle kalp tasarmnn ve enjeksiyon kalplama artlarnn optimize edilmesi ile salanmaktadr.
