Abstract
Within the framework of the piecewise homogeneous body model with the use of the three-dimensional equations of the theory of elasticity for anisotropic body a method that is developed to investigate the stress distribution in the infinite elastic matrix containing a periodically curved row fibres having a sine-phase is used to investigate related normal stresses. It is assumed that the materials of the fibres are the same and midlines of these fibres are in the same plane.
