Abstract

Transportation has become even more important for people who since the resident's life passed. Humanity has begun to develop and diversify transportation networks after the industrial revolution. Today, high-cost transportation projects for cities are getting complicated. These high-cost projects should be treated more precisely in the planning phase as they are using public expenditure. For this reason, the consequences of the changes to be made should be simulated with high accuracy. There are various softwares such as MATSIM, SUMO and VISSIM which are devoloped to observe the changes made. SUMO
