Abstract
As technology continues to evolve, the use of information and communication technologies in the workplace has started to increase rapidly leading to the emergence of information and communication technology demands. The COVID 19 pandemic has also had an impact on these uses and demands. Information and communication technology demands are one of the topics that have gained importance in the literature, but there is limited research on the relationship between information and communication technology demands and employee well-being, and the findings are inconsistent. This study, which examines the relationship between information and communication technology demands and employee well-being in terms of subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being and workplace well-being, also draws attention to the role of the Big Five personality model within the relationship.
