Abstract
The Servet-i Fünûn journal, which was published in the times of Sultan Abdülhamid, the Second Constitutional Period as well as Turkish Republic and in its pages reflected these three political era which is different from one another in terms of art, culture and urbanism. Political opinions, aspirations and ideals of these three different political era loads in the sense that they are the intersecting point. Each of the three periods of the Ottoman / Turkish cities have tried to modernize the European model, will express themself as a concrete implementation has chosen fields.
