Abstract
In this paper, a 4 × 4 waveguide slot-fed pyramidal horn array antenna is presented at K-band with the dimensions of 40 × 40 × 40 mm 3 . The feeding structure consists of three E-plane T-junction waveguide power dividers and sixteen waveguide slots in four sectors. Each sector has four slots, and input power is divided into these four sectors. Furthermore, WR42 (10.66 - 4.31 mm) standard waveguide sizes are used at the input port. The slot array is extended with pyramidal horn structures to get higher gain and lower sidelobe level. The simulation results show that the antenna gain reaches a maximum value of 21.2 dBi at 25 GHz, 1-dB gain bandwidth is %6.8, and the antenna has a flat gain performance at the operating frequency band of 23.9-25.6 GHz.
