Academic Awards Ceremony 2024
In March 2024, Yıldız Technical University held its Academic Awards Ceremony at the Davutpaşa Congress and Cultural Center to honour researchers whose work in 2023 made outstanding contributions to research and innovation through high-quality publications, competitive projects, patents and entrepreneurship activities.
The awards were based on scores generated from real-time data drawn from the university’s digital evaluation system. These scores were calculated across the categories of Research Capacity, Research Quality, and Engagement & Collaboration, using indicators aligned with international assessment frameworks, including citations, publications, research projects, patents, university–industry collaboration, and the supervision of doctoral candidates.
