Government-Funded Graduate Scholarship Program (YLSY 2024)

The Ministry of National Education of Türkiye (MoNE) launched the YLSY Scholarship Program to support the country’s need for highly qualified human resources. Through this initiative, 668 students sent abroad to pursue master’s and doctoral studies in 2024 under full government scholarships.

The program aims to enhance academic excellence and research capacity by providing equitable access to quality higher education opportunities for talented graduates across Türkiye. It supports the development of globally competent professionals who will contribute to national innovation and sustainable development upon returning.
